Priority Mail International has been very easy to use since it works with PayPal flawlessly. You can print the shipping labels and custom forms directly from PayPal and eBay. You can also do the same exact thing from USPS.com. The only downside is that you have to manually input your customers information. You can have your local Post Office pick up your International Priority Mail shipments free of charge.  You just have to register with USPS in order to ship and schedule your pick ups in advance.

Note that the New USPS International Large Flat Rate Box is only available from USPS.com, Click and Ship and your local Post Office. PayPal has not upgraded its USPS Priority Mail shipping services to be able to print Large National or International Priority Flat rate boxes.

When using flat rate boxes, first compare how they will shipped through regular USPS Priority Mail International and depending on weight regular non-flat boxes might be less costly. Flat rates are very cost effective when you are shipping heavy weight items.
