This is a great list of tools which i believe will be very helpful, if i could add something it will be a link to addressing formats that are used in different countries. Not writing addresses in the correct format can sometimes be an issue.. check this out:

We got the blog template from godaddy.com. You just buy one domain through them and they will include a free website, a free blog and limited email address with your domain name.

The free websites will have advertisement on top but they will host them from free when you pay for your domain.
